Delivery - Please Read Carefully
Cake Toppers are sent via Australia Post unless they are being ordered in collaboration with a Doughnut pack. * Please don't go by the estimated time of arrival, due to the new postal service this is only a guide no responsibility will be taken if it arrives after your anticipated date. We send out items as quick as we can as we value our customer buying from us. We generally send orders with 1-2 days from payment. So please order your item giving yourself sufficient time. On checkout, you may select the shipping method that suits you being either standard or registered.
All products from the Sweet and Savoury Chef are in accordance to the following delivery policy.
- Doughnuts, Balloons Cannelloni, Lasagna, Sauces, Catering Packs
Delivery Policy - Please see table for your relevant code to select when at the checkout. If unsure please call us. Deliveries in Zones B, C, D have a minimum order over $50.
In the event that there is no one there to receive the delivery, Sweets & Savoury Delights will make every effort to contact you to seek further instruction. If we can't reach you we will deem it safe to leave and advise you where it was left i.e. front door, neighbour, etc. Should Sweets & Savoury Delights be unable to reach you immediately at the time of delivery and there is nowhere to leave it, i.e. security access needed, your items will be returned to the shop. Re-delivery will be at the sender’s expense or alternatively the sender is able to collect the items from our location in Casula.
To guarantee next day delivery, we request that you place your order by 4 noon. Currently operating 7 days a week.
Delivery charges are determined according to suburb and delivery costs will be added to your order before processing. Please select the correct delivery mode prior to placing your order. If your address is not listed and you desperately love our items please contact us and we can discuss delivery. ( we will deliver beyond the boundaries if there are bulk orders)
Safe to Leave statement - If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the Product, the Product will be left in a safe, weather protected spot at the delivery address specified as we see fit. We will then contact you and let you know where they have been left, we only contact you when there is no one to receive the goods.
If we are not able to gain access due to security, we are then required to return of product to the store- this does incur a return courier charge payable by you. You then have the choice to collect from our premise in Casula or pay for another delivery when it is available. We would strongly recommend you supply us with the correct phone number. if you have purchased items for another person please ensure we have been provided with the recipient's phone number.
